We have one of the cleanest environments in the whole world. Our air quality, because we are removed from the city, factories and freeways, is second to none.

Approximately 50% of Neureum Park is naturally wooded Australian native forest that is largely protected by the Government….. But we are also playing a big role!
Since 2018 the management have been ridding the property of unwanted pest plants / weeds and animals. The property has also not been farmed or grazed since then and although we have a long way to go, we can already see a difference!
In addition, Neureum Park is a member of Land for Wildlife and are financially committed to promoting Queensland and protecting its flora and fauna.
Your stay at Neureum Park will help fund the further regeneration of this beautiful part of Australia.
Sustainability
During your stay you can rest assured that the environment is not affected as Neureum Park has a self-contained treated rainwater supply, treats its own waste water, and recycles everything possible.
Also, thanks to a 20Kw Solar System, Neureum Park exports seventeen times as much electricity to the grid as we use.
In addition, to reduce energy consumption and increase comfort, our own Villa building design takes into account orientation to the sun, the window positions and the size and position of the verandas. Being heavily insulated, having high thermal mass and using the correct colours adds to this.
Also, each of the Villas uses it's own of state of the art systems, for example heat pump hot water systems, inverter water pumps, inverter air-conditioners, energy efficient appliances, LED lighting and solar powered ceiling cavity cooling help to contribute to a carbon positive experience.
